Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Carefully place the unworn items with all original Ferplast tags and packaging into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
